Gold Creek Pond was once filled with rubble because of the Interstate 90 construction, but is now a spot for any and all to view the picturesque scene of mountain peaks reflecting off of the still water. Because of the conservation work of multiple agencies, Cold Creek Pond was designed as one of Washington’s ADA-accessible trails and truly offers breathtaking views just seconds from the parking lot.This Cold Creek Pond engagement session was filled with dance moves, laugher and a water fight to end the night as the sun set.

Their outfits really complimented the landscape, and the texture of her dress gave the photos a lot of natural movement that wouldn’t have happened with a heavier material. Throughout their adventure engagement shoot, Rattlesnake Lake and Franklin Falls served as two incredible backdrops for these two stunners. This was one of my favorite shoots to utilize water as an opportunity to add drama and depth to these misty and moody Pacific Northwest engagement photos.
